Why Short Sales
One of the most common questions I get when I tell other realtors that I LOVE Short Sales is , "WHY IN THE HECK would you like to do something so frustrating?" I think the answer is simple. My passion is helping people!! More than one person has called me weird....truth is....I happily embrace that weirdness.
I fell into real estate in 2012 when Belinda Olson (aka mom) asked me to come aboard as her marketing specialist. I had just closed our pet store that I had run for 7 years. I was feeling like a failure. I was struggling to get up and dressed of morning. I decided it was time for a new adventure. Adventure I found.
I was familiar with short sales since the pet store took us under financially. We were faced with making the decision to sell on more than one occasion. Mom had been in the industry since the early 90's so she was well versed on the Short Sale process. We ended up keeping our home but if she hadn't been there to guide me I don't know who I would have turned to. I decided that I wanted to help those that need that kind of guidance.
